Catalog data restructuring for a large office furniture manufacturer in China
Problem: Customer was exporting to large importers and distributors in many countries, who wanted a more detailed catalog data that can be easily mapped to their respective ecommerce data standards.
Solution: We did a detailed analysis of the catalog data (1000s of products and variants) of the manufacturer and the catalog data structures provided by their customers. We then did a complete data restructuring exercise to achieve common ground and then filled the gaps in the catalog with the help of the manufacturer’s team.
Digital assets enrichment for a furniture importer in USA
Problem: Importers catalog had only raw images (3000+) and raw product data but did not have any descriptive content that can be directly used for online selling. The importer needed rich content.
Solution: We downloaded the raw feed through a secure FTP. We designed a process and content strategy where we analyzed the images, product data and created a master content document capturing the changes that needed to be done and the the descriptive contents for the same. We then did image sorting, cleanups, bg editing, resizing and attribute enrichment to create a completely refreshed look for the importer’s catalog.


Ecommerce product onboarding for a furniture retailer in USA
Problem: Customer had created stores in multiple marketplaces and wanted support in onboarding the catalog products there.
Solution: Pronto Commerce has experience in product onboarding in multiple marketplaces. We were able to map the customer’s catalog data to the marketplace formats. In addition, we uploaded and optimized their data in their PIM software for other channel distribution.
